GENTIS 15th Anniversary Celebration Series: Leading and Evolving
The 15th Anniversary celebration series runs from mid-July to October 26, 2025, with the goal of honoring the company’s outstanding achievements and showing appreciation to the employees who have been part of the journey. These events are not only commemorative but also aim to build corporate culture, strengthen unity, and spark creativity throughout the organization.
1. Company Birthday Naming Contest (July 15 – August 30)
Kicking off the celebration series was the contest to name the 15th birthday celebration. A good and meaningful name is not just a few words—it embodies the spirit, personality, and collective identity of GENTIS. The contest attracted over 50 creative submissions from employees, offering everyone a chance to contribute their voice, express pride, and connect with the 15-year journey filled with both challenges and successes.
2. Sales Race 2025 (August 26 – October 24)
Next was the “Sales Race 2025,” considered the most intense and exciting competition of the series. Four teams—Offline Sales Hanoi, Online Sales Hanoi, Offline Sales HCMC, and Online Sales HCMC—competed to find the best strategies to boost sales and optimize business efficiency using current service platforms. This event not only fostered a competitive spirit but also enhanced professional capabilities, sales skills, and interdepartmental coordination.
3. Innovation Initiative Contest (September 9 – October 15)
Titled "INNOVATION FOR GROWTH – TOGETHER WE RISE," this core event encouraged a spirit of innovation. It aimed to gather ideas that could increase productivity, reduce operational costs, improve service quality, and boost revenue.
More than just a contest, this was a collaborative effort to create value and contribute directly to the sustainable development of GENTIS, laying a strong foundation for future progress.
4. Writing Contest: “GENTIS 15 Years: Memories – Present – Aspirations for the Future” (September 9 – October 10)
At GENTIS, every individual is seen as an important piece of the overall puzzle that creates the company’s story. This writing contest was launched to capture and share the valuable memories and experiences of staff over the past 15 years.
With the theme: “GENTIS 15 Years: Memories – Present – Aspirations for the Future,” the contest evoked pride, unity, and belief in a brighter future, inspiring all members to continue contributing to the company's growth.
5. Professional Seminar: “Updates on Genetic Applications and AI Trends in Reproductive Support” (October 11)
A key highlight in the series was the professional seminar, co-hosted with the Hanoi Association for Reproductive Support (HASAR), held at Dolce By Wyndham Hanoi Golden Lake.
The event gathered hundreds of leading experts, doctors, and researchers in genetics and reproductive support to share the latest scientific advancements, particularly the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in precision medicine.
Presided over by notable names such as Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Tao, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Duc Phan, and Dr. Nguyen Quang Vinh, the seminar also featured top speakers including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Trinh The Son, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Van Khoa, Dr. Pham Dinh Minh, Dr. Doan Xuan Kien, Dr. Le Vu Hai Duy, and Resident Doctor Le Thao Ly. Their insights brought practical and valuable knowledge to promote the advancement of genetics in Vietnam.
6. GENTIS Super Cup 2025 Football Tournament (October 19)
Football, as the king of sports, is also a bridge for culture and team bonding. The GENTIS Super Cup 2025 aimed to provide a healthy playing field, promote health and wellness, foster interaction, and strengthen relationships among employees, customers, and partners.

7. Team Building in Ha Long (October 25)
