The company has expanded its 2 laboratories in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city with an area up to 2500m2 to bring the best services to the customers. In 2024, GENTIS continues to research and establish a comprehensive genetic ecosystem with a variety of services for all Vietnamese families.
GENTIS also achieves formidable feats, namely ISO 15189:2022 and ISO 27001:2022 certifications. These two certifications are considered the gold standard for laboratories longing for becoming the best. This is a strong testament to GENTIS’s relentless effort in the process of completing and improving testing quality.
This is also an affirmation in maintaining GENTIS’s service quality and reputation in the domestic and international markets. Notably, GENTIS is the first genetic testing center in Vietnam acquiring the ISO 15189:2022 certification issued by the Office of Accreditation (BoA) - Ministry of Science and Technology.
Nonetheless, GENTIS is commended by the Hanoi Tax Department among the tax paying enterprises with great contributions to the state budget and society in 2022. Especially, in 2024, GENTIS is honored to achieve 2 prestigious prizes: The Vietnamese No.1 brand in the field of genetic analysis and Best product/service for consumers for PGT-M testing in Vietnamese No.1 brand ceremony organized by the Asian Business Development Research Center. These two prizes, along with many significant others, is a solid proof for GENTIS’s reliability and trustworthiness, cementing a leading position in the field of genetic analysis.
Simultaneously with the focus of improving the services, GENTIS also actively partakes in volunteer activities, typically the program “Joining hands to support people in the affected Northern provinces of the Storm No.3”
