The 4th Congress (2026–2031) is the most important event of the Vietnam Society of Sexual Medicine in the new term. In particular, the 21st Asia-Pacific Society for Sexual Medicine (APSSM) Conference, combined with the 15th VSSM Conference, became a highlight of the program. The conference brought together leading experts from prestigious professional organizations worldwide such as ISSM, APSSM, and ISSWSH, offering the latest updates on diagnosis, treatment, and research in the field of sexual medicine.

One of the topics receiving much attention was the GAF Masterclass training course on cryptozoospermia, focusing on modern sperm retrieval techniques and advanced assisted reproductive methods. In addition, reports on the treatment of erectile dysfunction, genital reconstructive surgery, regenerative medicine, and new therapies also attracted the participation of numerous doctors and experts.

Not only focusing on men's health, the conference also dedicated many thematic sessions to women's sexual health, sexual psychology, hormone therapy for transgender people, and many other topics related to comprehensive sexual health.
