Exciting Activities to Celebrate GENTIS's 14th Birthday

In celebration of its 14th birthday, GENTIS is launching a vibrant series of activities, including: a sales race, a friendly football tournament, a team running challenge, Miss GENTIS, inter-departmental performances, team building, and a gala party... promising to deliver countless enjoyable experiences.

Starting from September 26, 2024, a series of activities to celebrate GENTIS's new year under the theme "Leading Energy" will take place. These events aim to spread the message that GENTIS is always striving to research and improve high-quality products and services with a determined spirit to win and lead. The series of events will provide wonderful experiences for every GENTIS employee in both their work and personal lives, ensuring that every moment spent at the company is filled with happiness and leaves a lasting impression.

From now until October 26, all GENTIS-ers will immerse themselves in a vibrant competitive atmosphere, determined to achieve significant milestones in business activities to celebrate the company’s birthday. Additionally, various sports activities, cultural performances, and exciting games will be gradually revealed leading up to the birthday, with total prizes amounting to tens of millions of dong.

1. Sales Race (September 26 - October 25)
The Sales Race is a competition for GENTIS's offline sales and customer service teams in the North and South. This is the first activity in the series celebrating GENTIS's 14th birthday.
With this competition, teams will focus on finding ways to increase sales based on available services or those managed by their departments within a fixed time frame. At the end of the competition, the finance and accounting department will record the sales based on the percentage of the October plan achieved by each team, with the team that achieves a higher percentage winning.

2. Friendly Football Tournament (October 12)
The Friendly Football Tournament aims to enhance the spirit of sports, physical fitness, and unity among GENTIS employees, as well as foster interactions with partners and customers. This is a healthy and cultural sport for connecting staff, and strengthening the bonds between the two entities.

3. GENTIS RUN: Endurance Challenge (October 1 - October 20)
The Team Running Challenge is a special race for GENTIS members, part of the activities celebrating the company’s 14th anniversary aimed at connecting GENTIS-ers from the North and South. GENTIS RUN will officially kick off from October 1, 2024, to October 20, 2024. This event is not only a sporting occasion but also an opportunity for GENTIS-ers to push their limits and demonstrate their persistent determination as they strive for new heights.

4. Miss GENTIS Competition (October 1 - October 18)
A highlight of this year’s GENTIS birthday events is the Miss GENTIS photo competition, which runs from October 1 to October 18, 2024. Female employees from both the North and South are eligible to participate. The competition will award 1 First Prize, 1 Second Prize, 1 Third Prize, and 1 Encouragement Prize.

5. Inter-departmental Cultural Performance Program (October 1 - October 26)
To make GENTIS's 14th birthday truly festive, members from various departments will join together to showcase outstanding performances during the Gala night. These performances will enhance the joyful and warm atmosphere of the birthday celebration.
