In order to update new knowledge, the first Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2023 was solemnly held by Ha Tinh Department of Health in collaboration with Ha Tinh Provincial General Hospital on the afternoon of April 8. This is a scientific forum for doctors, medical professionals, experts to exchange, learn and cultivate clinical knowledge from leading experts, thereby contributing to helping Vietnam's obstetrics and gynecology industry keep up with the development of other countries in terms of expertise and management.
The first Ha Tinh Obstetrics and Gynecology Conference attracted nearly 200 delegates with 4 papers with notable topics such as:

Delegates at the conference listened and animatedly discussed the topics of obstetrics and gynecology. In addition, many other thematic reports presented by partner units and sponsors were also of the interest of doctors and nurses at Ha Tinh Provincial General Hospital.

Cervical cancer is the leading cause of cancer death in 36 countries, and the leading cause of death in 23 countries. The early symptoms of cervical cancer are vague, unclear and will usually only be detected when the disease is advanced at a late stage. However, this disease has a high chance of successful treatment if it is detected and treated properly at an early stage. Therefore, for early detection and prevention of cervical cancer, HPV-DNA testing is recommended for all women over the age of 25 who have had sex at least every 5 years (for women over 25 years of age). negative test result) to screen for cervical cancer.
The HPV-DNA test allows the detection of genetic changes in cervical cells at an early stage, and at the same time helps to assess a woman's risk of HPV infection from low to high to have an appropriate treatment plan. .
